Responsibilities
Analyze, interpret and provide insights/conclusions on large amounts of transactions and customer/shopper data globally and by marketing area, to communicate impactful recommendations to business leaders
Creatively articulate the insights behind the data and help our team iterate category futures
Manage cross-functional stakeholders both effectively and sensitively
Own seasonal reporting related tasks including building and launching sell-through and seasonal performance reports for all assigned categories
Qualification
Required
4-year college degree or equivalent grocery industry experience required
1-3 years' experience working with shopper-generated or household/transaction-level data
Passion for Data and Financial Analytics
Strong Financial Acumen, ability to work with and understand large volumes of financial data
Understanding P&L and vendor funding
Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced level on Excel and Power Point
General knowledge of segmentation models and an ability to synthesize and summarize large amounts of information clearly and concisely
High degree of initiative with strong planning skills; must be able to work independently and be a team player
Strong attention to detail and an ability to solve complex problems
Preferred
2-year general retail experience
Financial, Accounting, or Economics degree
Intermediate to advanced level expertise using business analytics software. QMF, and Power BI
Basic understanding of computer programming language such as Python and SQL
