They are seeking an experienced High-Net-Worth (HNW) Tax Partner to lead and expand their private client tax practice, responsible for delivering strategic tax planning, compliance, and advisory services to high-net-worth individuals and families.

Responsibilities

Ensure timely and accurate tax compliance for individual, fiduciary, and related entity tax filings while mitigating risks
Deep technical skills around individual and trust tax law
Develop and foster close relationships with clients and their advisors, providing exceptional service throughout the year
Identify opportunities for value added services for clients, including tax efficiencies, estate and gift planning and other related matters
Lead a team of tax professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, professional growth, and client service
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building relationships with attorneys, wealth advisors, and other referral sources
Stay updated on evolving tax laws and industry trends impacting HNW clients, ensuring compliance and proactive tax planning
Work closely with estate attorneys, investment advisors, and family office professionals to provide comprehensive wealth management solutions

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field
12+ years of experience specializing in HNW tax advisory, with leadership experience
Deep knowledge of federal and state tax laws, estate and gift tax regulations, and wealth transfer strategies
Strong business development skills with a track record of growing and managing a book of business
Exceptional client relationship management and communication skills
CPA preferred
