Responsibilities
Develop expertise in the products and provide ongoing technical support to clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer projects progress efficiently
Work closely with the Applications Team to recommend solutions and provide samples
Maintain proactive customer communication through email, phone, and on-site visits
Prepare marketing, technical, and regulatory documentation tailored to customer needs
Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and support analytical needs
Partner with Customer Service to facilitate smooth order processing
Travel to client sites to present technical solutions and introduce new ideas
Identify new business opportunities by attending industry tradeshows and conferences
Represent the company through outreach, research, and follow-ups
Qualification
Required
Experience in technical sales, food science, or product development within the food industry
Strong communication skills with a focus on customer engagement and problem-solving
Ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate across teams, and drive innovation
Willingness to travel and represent the company at industry events
Preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems, commercialization processes, and regulatory requirements is beneficial
