Responsibilities
You will contribute directly to AI agent development by building and operating the backend systems that power our research platform. You will be hired as a Member of Technical Staff
Qualification
Required
3+ years of professional engineering experience (no direct AI experience required)
Track record of writing and shipping backend code
Experience developing cloud-native applications and infrastructure
Proficiency with PostgreSQL or equivalent database in production
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience as a tech lead or engineering mentor
Knowledge of Kubernetes, AWS, CDK, data pipelines, and/or ETL
Familiarity with TypeScript, React, and frontend web development
Expertise across the software development life cycle, including code standards, reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
Excellent problem-solving skills to move fast in a dynamic environment, with a focus on code quality, testing, and performance optimization
