Responsibilities

Design and implement efficient manufacturing processes

Identify and execute process improvements to boost productivity

Work with design teams on new products ensuring manufacturability

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

Develop and maintain SOPs and manufacturing guidelines

Evaluate and select equipment and tooling

Lead or participate in improvement projects like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma

Provide technical support and training to production staff

Collaborate with suppliers for quality materials and equipment

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices

Required

Bachelor's in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (advanced degree a plus)

3+ years of experience in manufacturing or process optimization

Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen

Proficient in CAD and manufacturing software

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects independently

Preferred

Hands-on experience with machining, fabrication, and assembly

Knowledge of regulatory standards (ISO, FDA) desirable
