Grievance arbitration experience
Prior experience defending and prosecuting unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board
Excellent academic credentials
Strong writing and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Admission to the Colorado Bar
JD from an ABA accredited law school
