Responsibilities

Evaluate direct private equity and debt investment opportunities across a broad range of industries

Assist in all aspects of the transaction, including analyzing, modeling, and monitoring investments

Develop cash flow models, investment theses, and various risk analyses

Coordinate and communicate directly with corporate executives and present investment opportunities directly to senior members

Required

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field from an accredited college or university with a graduation date between December 2026 - June 2027

Cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher

Previous work or classroom experience in one or more of the following: Investment Banking, Equity Research, Private Equity, and/or Corporate Development

Employer immigration sponsorship is not available for this role

Preferred

Previous Private Debt & Equity internship and/or relevant project experience

A broad knowledge of investments, an understanding of economic forces affecting a wide range of industries, proficiency in accounting, strong financial modeling skills, and intellectual curiosity

Effective oral and written communication skills

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability

High degree of self-motivation, passion, and a drive to learn

Ability to balance multiple priorities
