Responsibilities
Lead the preparation, execution, and follow-up work of customer factory audits to ensure full compliance with customer requirements
Serve as the primary liaison for the client audit team, coordinating with internal departments to gather the necessary documents and data
Before the customer audit, conduct risk identification and self-assessment to proactively address potential non-conformity issues
Develop and track action plans to address audit findings and ensure timely resolution of high-risk escalation issues as needed
Maintain audit documents and provide real-time updates on audit progress and compliance risks to leadership
Develop, plan and execute internal process audits according to industry standards
(e.g.VDA 6.3, IATF 16949)
Develop an audit checklist and conduct a process audit of the production line to assess whether it meets the quality system requirements
Record audit results, generate reports, and conduct root cause analysis on identified non-compliances
Lead the implementation of corrective and preventive measures, ensure a closed-loop solution process, and regularly follow up
Organize and display audit performance data through visual reports, and track continuous improvement efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Material Sciences
3+ years' experience on customer quality management, with experience in the automotive, power battery, or energy storage battery industry preferred
Have a deep understanding of VDA 6.3, IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and customer audit requirements
Experience leading internal and external audits, including risk assessment and compliance tracking
Proficient in audit documentation, data collection, and reporting
Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a focus on detail
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate across departments
