Intern7-Eleven is a convenience retailer with a global presence, seeking Business Analyst Interns for their 2024 Summer Internship program. Interns will gain hands-on experience in data analysis and support data-driven decision-making processes for the 7NOW delivery business.

Responsibilities
Obtain a deeper understanding of the question and the problem being solved and formulate a hypothesis based on the objective
Develop a structured approach to test and validate hypothesis through data analysis
Apply statistical techniques to conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Based off the business objective at hand, conduct scenario analysis to assess the potential impact of various business decisions
Document the entire analysis process, including methodologies, assumptions, and limitations
Prepare clear and concise presentation outlining key findings, insights and actionable recommendations
Communicate analysis results and recommendations to the team and gather feedback and refine recommendations as needed
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel
Proficiency in SQL / R / Python
Strong analytical and problem solving skills; experience in data analysis tools and techniques
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and the willingness to function as part of a team, and eager to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Should be pursuing Masters in Data/Business Analytics or related field
