Responsibilities

Collaborate regularly with talented attorneys in a wide range of practice areas across the Firm’s six offices

Represent some of the country’s leading franchise businesses, providing comprehensive legal support throughout the franchise lifecycle

Navigate the complexities of franchise agreements, disclosure requirements, compliance issues, and dispute resolution

Possess specific expertise in franchise law, including representation of both franchisors and franchisees as well as manufacturers and distributors engaging in licensing activities that could be construed as franchises, handling offering documentation, including franchise disclosure documents and registrations, drafting Franchise Agreements and related documents, and addressing franchise relationship issues, advising on compliance, and handling governmental inquiries

A client-service approach and exceptional communication skills
