Responsibilities

A highly motivated and self-directed individual with a proven track-record of working cross-functionally to design, plan, optimize, and run production processes
Own a specific process from start to finish
Accountability to coordinate and implement small projects and process improvements using the proper work protocol

Required

B.S. in Chemical Engineering
4+ years of relevant industrial experience
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Strong project management skills is a must
People management experience is a must
Experience in both batch and continuous production processes
Experience in design engineering
Experience in statistical process control methodology
Excellent Organizational skills with capacity to handle both large and small projects
Organize/analyze generated data and prepare recommendations based on project requirements
Computer knowledge required including proficiency with Microsoft Office, Minitab, DCS Systems, PI Process Book etc
Commitment to a strong safety culture. Must be able to handle hazardous chemicals and work in a hazardous chemical environment
