Manage cases from inception to resolution
Handle California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases
Conduct discovery, draft pleadings, and prepare motions
Take and defend depositions
Appear in court and argue motions
Qualification
Required
4-7 years of employment litigation experience
Prior defense experience required
Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
