Nakupuna Federal is looking for a Sr. Program Management Analyst to lead our team of talented consultants providing professional services to NAVAIR PMA-275. The role involves applying analytic techniques, performing management analyses, and tracking program/project status and schedules.

Responsibilities

Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules

Perform management, technical, or business case analyses

Collect, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs

Track program/project status and schedules

Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management

Required

Expertise and experience in NAVAIR Program Office support, specifically program/project management

ACAT-1 rotary-wing and/or turbo-prop aircraft mission readiness management experience

Proficient with using the AMS

Familiar with ACAT level programs

Demonstrated knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV, and OSD forms related to PPBES

Demonstrated experience managing program/project status, schedules, SOW and CDRLs

MA/MS degree and over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description preferred; or a Bachelor's degree and 12 years experience allowed

This position requires clearance of TOP SECRET/SCI

Must be a U.S. Citizen

Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers

Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations

Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer
