Responsibilities

Develop and execute training programs that align with team goals and site-wide performance expectations

Deliver engaging, hands-on technical training that accommodates multiple learning styles and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards

Monitor employee progress through structured training plans and track ongoing competency

Manage comprehensive training pathways for new employees and existing team members, ensuring developmental opportunities are clearly defined and accessible

Gather feedback, evaluate training effectiveness, and continuously refine programs to improve outcomes and engagement

Analyze performance trends and provide timely coaching and support to address skill gaps

Required

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a training-focused role within a regulated or production-based industry (e.g., GMP, pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, etc.)

Proven ability to deliver training programs and provide constructive coaching and performance feedback

Experience conducting training needs assessments and evaluating employee readiness and technical competency

Skilled in developing training materials suited to various learning styles and environments

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Asana, and other tools used for task and training management

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with strong attention to organization and detail
