Responsibilities
Work with real customer datasets to investigate, explore and adopt techniques that improve model quality
Responsible for core parts of our product that are critical to our continued success such as validating new training strategies
Prototyping new data pipelines
Implementing appropriate evaluation metrics
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with the modern LLM training stack (eg. the Hugging Face ecosystem, PEFT, etc.)
Ability to keep up with the latest research in the field
Excitement to evaluate new base models and explore new techniques such as DPO, SPIN, etc
