Responsibilities

Perform on-site installation and configuration of our software and hardware solutions

Design project scopes and installation plans for new deployments

Advise customers on sensor network architecture and implementation best practices

Independently make decisions on troubleshooting and integration approaches

Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting as required

Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery and setup of materials

Coordinate and align work across multiple sites or regions as needed

Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of installed products

Train and oversee contractors or junior technicians on installation processes

Document installation processes and client interactions in HubSpot CRM

Revisit sites for routine maintenance checks and client follow-ups

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company installation standards

Continuously study relevant subjects and pursue certifications to progress toward a Technical Support Engineer or Sales Engineer role
