Responsibilities

Architect & Build: Design and implement the core UI architecture for our web application using React and TypeScript, from UI controls to state management systems
Translate Vision into Reality: Work in a tight, collaborative loop with designers to translate high-fidelity Figma designs into production-ready code with an obsessive eye for detail
Craft Magical Interactions: Build fluid, high-performance animations and micro-interactions using frameworks like Framer Motion, pushing the boundaries of what web interfaces can do
Invent New Paradigms: Brainstorm and prototype novel UI patterns that gracefully handle the asynchronous and unpredictable nature of generative AI outputs
Optimize for Performance: Find and improve bottlenecks, ensuring our media-rich application is fast, responsive, and delightful to use on any device

Qualification

Required

7+ years of experience building and shipping beautiful, high-polish frontend products that users love
Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and modern CSS
A design-first mindset and a proven track record of collaborating with design teams to elevate the final product
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and reusable code that serves as the foundation for a scalable design system
Thrive in a high-agency environment and have an exceptional eye for design details
Know how to center a div

Preferred

A selection of live application UIs you've built
Experience with creative tools or consumer products in domains like video editing, design, or generative AI
Familiarity with animation libraries like Framer Motion or GSAP, or even lower-level tech like WebGL
