Responsibilities
Design and program robotic systems for tasks such as material handling, assembly, and quality inspection in battery cell production
Integrate robots with existing manufacturing equipment, ensuring seamless operation in a high-volume production environment
Optimize robotic workflows to improve throughput and reduce downtime
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop automation solutions tailored to lithium battery manufacturing
Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and upgrades on robotic systems to ensure operational reliability
Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in robotics engineering, preferably in manufacturing or industrial automation
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or ROS (Robot Operating System)
Experience with robotic arms (e.g., FANUC, ABB, or KUKA) and vision systems
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Knowledge of battery manufacturing processes is a plus
