Responsibilities

Assist in the growth and expansion of our land development engineering department
Project design and permitting
Calculations
Familiarity with applicable FDEP, WMD, local, etc. codes and requirements and ensuring compliance
Managing and communicating with project team(s), clients, and agencies
Perform site visits as needed
Attend external meetings

Qualification

Civil Engineering DegreeFlorida PE LicenseAutoCADCivil3DLand Development ExperienceStormwater ExperienceUtility ExperienceProject Management Experience

Required

Minimum of 8 years land development engineering experience
Minimum of 3 years project management experience
Bachelor's degree in civil or agricultural engineering
Florida PE License
Experience with AutoCAD and Civil3D
Stormwater and utility experience
Must pass mandatory DMV check
