Stay ahead of the curve by continuously expanding knowledge of industry codes, safety culture, and cutting-edge design techniques, shaping the future of nuclear engineering
Lead with purpose, driving projects forward and delivering results that exceed client expectations while upholding ENERCON’s commitment to quality
Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, earning their trust through exceptional service, clear communication, and the delivery of innovative engineering solutions

Engage directly with clients at plant sites, conducting in-depth walkdowns that transform vision into reality, ensuring every system and component is optimized for success
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university
Minimum 10 years of experience with design of mechanical systems for mid level engineer
Experience working on DOE federal projects
Demonstrated proficiency in preparation of mechanical calculations
Proficient in Word and Excel
Good writing, presentation and communication skills
Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time; duration of travel may vary depending on project and client needs, ranging from a few days to a few weeks if needed
Professional Engineering license required
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Preferred
Thermal-hydraulic and design modification experienced desired
Relevant energy system design experience (e.g., HVAC, Hydraulic, Piping) preferred
Software experience (AFT FATHOM / ARROW / IMPULSE, AutoPipe, HVAC Heat Load / Air Flow) preferred
