Responsibilities
Transports clients to appointments, discharge locations using a company-provided vehicle
Complete the intake process with new clients into program
Maintains client documentation
Observe an document client self-administration of medication as applicable
Coordination of client activities
Follows objectives of treatment plans and client-specific needs
Evaluates behavioral and emotional needs of clients and provides response including crisis intervention
Maintains safe, clean, and orderly physical environment
Assists with the dietary needs of clients
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
Valid Driver's License preferred
Prefer behavioral health experience or general healthcare experience
Current CPR, AED and First Aid, preferred
