Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of approximately 20 professionals across multiple service lines, focusing on engagement, development, and performance
Collaborate with leadership to cultivate a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
Ensure clear communication of company initiatives and maintain transparency with staff
Drive consistency in processes and promote work-life balance by coordinating workload distribution and process improvements across the Northeast region
Enhance employee satisfaction by fostering a supportive work environment, aligning career growth with individual interests, and ensuring competitive compensation and recognition
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality, timely, and cost-effective solutions
Manage client expectations through clear, proactive communication and support team members in client interactions
Assist in recruiting and retaining top industry talent
Develop and implement strategic initiatives for personnel and business growth in collaboration with management
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical consulting, with a strong track record in client relationship management
At least 5 years of people management experience, demonstrating the ability to coach, mentor, and support career development
Experience in consulting business processes, preferably with Jensen Hughes or a similar firm
Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to deliver client presentations and engage effectively with staff
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the New York Metro area to ensure close engagement with the team. In-office presence is required
Preferred
A professional designation (e.g., Professional Engineering License) is preferred but not required
