The role includes monitoring safety compliance, assisting with onboarding new hires, and performing various office responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Monitor DC is compliant with all OSHA standards & regulations
Own and support all safety requirements- safety committee meetings, safety cross, initiate and track required training, forklift inspections, DC safety walks & inspections, etc
Enforce housekeeping standards and initiate and maintain 5S-ing of the DC
Assist & support onboarding of all new hires from day-1 experience through 1st 2-4 weeks of employment
Monitor performance of OAs in direct path through observation & performance analysis
Miscellaneous office responsibilities including, but not limited to: clerk responsibilities, data entry, records filing, and other miscellaneous office tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures & standard work
Clear and professional communication skills
Basic computer skills for logging and monitoring activity, pulling data & reports, knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Office
Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Prior experience in learning & development, EH&S, logistics, or operations support is a plus
Licensed forklift operator preferred or willing to receive training / certification
