Responsibilities
Develop tactical action plans for project related tasks
Develop and maintain client relationships within the markets and regions that DEA currently operates
Perform research and calculations in a variety of jurisdictions
Quality control oversight
Coordinate with other DEA business units and clients
Direct, mentor, and coach field and office staff in the performance of their duties; to help them advance within the survey profession as their individual abilities allow
Qualification
Required
Oregon license required (or able to attain within 1 year); Washington or Idaho licenses are a plus
Capable of self-managing projects, communicating well with clients, and mentoring junior level staff
CAD and Land Surveying software knowledge (Examples: Civil 3D and/or MicroStation InRoads/OpenRoads, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite
Able to work well in a team environment
