Responsibilities
Provide expertise in imaging systems, including PACS and voice recognition tools (e.g., PowerScribe)
Respond to user issues by listening, clarifying, and resolving effectively
Troubleshoot application problems independently and escalate as needed
Analyze technical issues and apply knowledge following established procedures
Participate in project calls and provide timely updates
Perform system testing and document results accurately
Create and maintain knowledge base documentation
Provide go-live and post-go-live support for imaging applications
Act as a subject matter expert for Clinical Imaging applications during upgrades and implementations
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
Qualification
Required
3–7 years of experience in healthcare imaging systems or related IT roles
Strong knowledge of imaging platforms such as Merge Cardio, Change CPACS, and PowerScribe
Familiarity with testing, documentation, and support processes
Basic understanding of emerging trends and technologies in Healthcare IT
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting with occasional on-site visits
Bachelor's degree required
