Add a mid-level to senior-level commercial real estate Associate or Counsel to its Real Estate Practice group
Handle sales/acquisitions/dispositions, commercial leasing and either borrower or lender side finance
Work on Coop/Condo matters is a plus
Prior experience with Joint Ventures and Operating Agreements is a major plus
Qualification
Required
3-10+ years' experience in commercial real estate
Experience with sales/acquisitions/dispositions
Experience with commercial leasing
Experience on either borrower or lender side finance
Preferred
Prior work on Coop/Condo matters is a plus!
Prior experience with Joint Ventures and Operating Agreements is a major plus!
