The role involves supporting the Ground Intelligence Support Activity (GISA) by managing the architecture of various technologies and ensuring the operational integrity of digital communications for the Department of Army.

Responsibilities
Experience with administering operating systems, including Windows or Linux, and deploying patches
Experience with network attached storage
Experience with maintaining virtualization platforms, including Hyper-V
Experience with administering AD objects, users, groups, and organizational units
Experience with developing systems deployment task sequences using desktop deployment tools, including Microsoft SCCM/MECM or Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT)
Knowledge of Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS) and CRLs
Knowledge of backup and recovery of complex systems
Responsible for maintaining an operational network in a facility to that maintains 24/7/365 operations.. Responsible for implementing infrastructure and cyber security controls, that include enhanced detection of vulnerability capabilities
Experience with architecting and designing IP networks, including developing and documenting network topologies
Experience with troubleshooting and restoring network and system outages
Experience with implementing Cisco ISE and a TACACS provider
Experience with designing and implementing DoD enclaves, including compute storage, networking, routing, switching, firewalls, and end-user devices
Experience with cisco Spine and Leaf network architectures
Knowledge of multi-domain architectures, including data center, WAN, and LAN in virtualized architectures
Experience with technical system security reviews using system scan tools, including ACAS and SCAP
Experience with enterprise server, storage, software, and application services
Experience in pushing configurations with automation through Ansible or Terraform
Knowledge of building and maintaining SolarWinds NPM and IPAM
Qualification

DoD IAT Level II Certification
Must have an active DoD Top Secret SCI (CI Poly Eligible)
Must have the CompTIA Security+ Certification or be willing and able to obtain it within a set period of time from date of hire
