Responsibilities
Work with various stakeholders to understand business processes and discover reporting needs for the client
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, develop data models, design dashboards, and reports
Analyze complex data sets from multiple sources based on the business requirements
Gather, clean, analyze, and summarize data related to the Line of Business assigned
Build dynamic dashboards in Excel and Power BI depending on the clients’ needs
Present data/ report findings to managers and directors to aid in making business decisions
Proactively follows up on issues and initiatives for senior leaders to ensure successful resolution and implementation
Train and mentor entry to mid-level consultants
Manage projects from start to finish with minimum direction and supervision
Create and/or migrate existing reports to Power BI
Effectively plans and executes work on a small project; integrates all aspects, tracks, and ensures that work progresses are on schedule and meets the client’s specifications or required standards
Facilitates problem-solving sessions and workshops with a diverse set of business team members
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of budget management, including forecasting and tracking actual expenses against projected budgets, ensuring financial targets are met
5 – 10 years of experience in Data Analytics
3+ years of building visualizations in Power BI
5+ years of experience with Excel
Preferred
10+ years of Data Analytics experience
5+ years of Power BI experience
Problem-solving and Communication skills
