Responsibilities

Interact with clients as a direct point of contact, asking key questions to understand their needs, educating them through clear communication, and making suggestions on industry best-practices

Work to maintain our world-class client retention rate by delivering a high level of client satisfaction

Develop and outline projects specifications for website builds (utilizing UX best practices)

Organize, manage, and communicate project schedules to internal team members

Perform quality testing for website builds and launches, evaluating performance, functionality, UX, etc

Complete deliverables in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining project timelines and keeping projects within scope

Use organization, communication, and troubleshooting skills to balance multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
