Responsibilities
Work with our full-time project management team to assist them in various client web projects
Assist in developing and outlining project specifications for website builds (learning and implementing UX best practices)
Perform quality testing for website builds and launches, evaluating performance, functionality, UX, etc
Coordinate with our development and design team, ensuring client deliverables are completed in a timely and efficient manner
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's Degree (either in-progress or completed)
GPA above 3.4
Customer service experience in any industry
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional eye for aesthetics and design
Top-notch organizational skills
Very basic skills with HTML, Wordpress (or another CMS), and Javascript
Eagerness to learn and be trained!
You have an interest in the web and stay up-to-date on new and developing technologies
You have an eye for detail and dedication to high-quality work
You are a professional, dependable, and independent worker with a strong work ethic
You're self-motivated, thrive on challenges, and enjoy getting things done
