Responsibilities
Provide technical support for incoming queries related to computer systems, software, and hardware
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
Run diagnostic programs to identify and resolve problems
Maintain the performance of computer systems
Install and configure new Windows and Mac workstations
Create new accounts for incoming team-members
Support online software configuration and answer team member questions
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's Degree (either in-progress or completed)
Past interns have majored in Information Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or other related fields
GPA above 3.4
Customer service experience in any industry
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Experience in tech support or IT Help Desk-related work
Solid understanding of Windows OS
Solid understanding of Mac OS
Basic familiarity with the latest business office technologies
Eagerness to learn and be trained!
Interest in the web and stay up-to-date on new and developing technologies
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Eye for detail and dedication to high-quality work
Professional, dependable, and independent worker with a strong work ethic
Self-motivated, thrive on challenges, and enjoy getting things done
Proactive, creative problem-solver who faces challenges with a can-do mindset
Excellent time management skills
Work with a sense of urgency and can consistently meet deadlines
