Responsibilities
Coordinate work of multiple environmental disciplines on large scale transportation projects and interact with designers and contractors involved in project development and construction
Supervise staff necessary to complete assignments in a timely manner
Coordinate project activities with client and project team and consult with regulatory agencies
Lead proposal preparation, contract review and execution, and manage project activities with a focus on quality delivery and scope/budget/schedule adherence
Perform reviews of permit documents, plans and technical studies and develop project execution strategies
Qualification
Required
BS Environmental Science, Geology, or related field
Professional licenses/certifications desired, including PG, LSRP
15-20 years of experience overseeing the execution of environmental technical studies and permitting tasks for complex transportation projects
10-15 years of project management experience on large scale transportation projects in the NE region
Strong reputation and long-term relationships with resource, regulatory, and transportation agencies
Active involvement with professional organizations at the regional and national level
