Responsibilities
Work closely with both product teams and platform teams to build interconnected and scalable solutions
Work both within and across product teams to enable them to produce quality software that is shipped incrementally and continually at a high velocity
Help shape the product infrastructure used by Rippling
Innovate and Lead: Design and develop high-quality software products, driving architectural decisions and overseeing the complete product delivery lifecycle
Collaborate and Execute: Coordinate cross-team collaborations, integrate customer feedback into the product engineering roadmap, and drive successful delivery execution
Mentor and Inspire: Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on building large-scale platforms for web and mobile applications
Proven expertise in developing complex, distributed services using languages such as Python, Golang, or Java
A commitment to owning the product lifecycle and solving real-world problems for our customers
Passionate about working in a product-focused environment with a deep commitment to customer impact
Preferred
Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms is a plus
