Responsibilities
Lead and execute Epic revenue cycle optimization initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective use of Epic modules to enhance revenue cycle performance
Experienced director leading large scale, complex projects and teams with ability to produce meaningful results on time and on budget
Key client executive collaborating with client stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify gaps, and implement solutions that align with industry best practices
Business Development expert that generates new client relationships and focuses on growing established partnerships
Provide expertise on Epic functionality, configurations, and workflow optimizations
Qualification
Required
Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree
Authorized to work in the US
Extensive experience (8+ years) in revenue cycle management within a healthcare setting, with a focus on Epic systems
In-depth knowledge of Epic modules such as Resolute Hospital Billing, Resolute Professional Billing, and Cadence
Proven Track record of successful leadership in revenue cycle optimization projects
Able to travel 80% of the time
