Complete initial Nursing Assessment with new admissions
Medication administration and medication education to clients
Knowledge and delivery of detox protocols (Complete COWS and CIWA scales)
Coordinate and support Medical providers with initial assessments and medication management appointments
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Current LPN license in West Virginia
Current CPR/BLS, AED and First Aid
