Represent clients in commercial disputes including but not limited to contract disputes, business torts, and related matters
Handle all aspects of commercial / business litigation from inception through trial, arbitration, mediation, or other resolution
Build and maintain relationships with clients and understand clients’ business goals and objectives
Qualification
Required
Highly skilled and motivated Commercial Litigation Counsel
Represent clients in commercial disputes including but not limited to contract disputes, business torts, and related matters
Handle all aspects of commercial / business litigation from inception through trial, arbitration, mediation, or other resolution
Track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients
Understanding clients' business goals and objectives
JD and bar admission required
