Responsibilities

Own the entire relationship with assigned clients, including implementation, training, adoption, and retention
Independently drive engagement and produce results for our clients
Establish relationships as a trusted advisor and serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, while identifying areas of opportunity and highlighting best practices
Collaborate effectively with both internal and external senior managers to better understand customer needs, maximize retention, and growth
Become an industry expert, advising clients on current trends and best practice objectives
Generate additional revenue opportunities for our sales team to continue to expand our client base
Occasionally visit our clients to help implement our solutions in their workflow

Qualification

Client relationship management

Required

Hold a Bachelor's degree
Have a previous internship or relevant work experience managing customers or a portfolio of business
Demonstrate leadership within their organizations and communities
Excel in a team-oriented environment
Exhibit flexibility and innovative thinking
Show eagerness to develop and enhance strong communication and analytical skills
Possess a competitive nature and drive to tackle new challenges
