Senior Civil Engineer/Project Manager
Trihydro Corporation is seeking a senior civil engineer to join its Phoenix, AZ office. The role supports clients across many industries by delivering effective, responsive, and safe solutions while managing projects and technical design work. Responsibilities include managing staff, preparing project specifications, and overseeing construction oversight.

Responsibilities
Manage Projects – meet with clients regularly on and off-site; prepare weekly status reports for tracking scope/schedule/budget; prepare proposals and change orders; coordinate contracts, purchase orders, and service orders; review and approve invoices; manage various subconsultants; conduct internal project forecasting and budget tracking
Manage Technical Design Work – delegate, review and approve technical engineering work including design calculations, design evaluations, drawings and specifications. Oversee development of technical design reports, technical memorandums, as-built reports, project completion reports, handover binders, agency submittals, bid documents, etc
Manage Staff – manage and mentor various staff professionals including engineers, scientists, technicians and drafters. Perform staff meetings, conduct performance reviews, and recommend staff raises/bonuses
Qualification
Required
15+ years of relevant engineering design experience, such as designing civil infrastructure, water and/or wastewater systems, earthwork grading, stormwater drainage, rural and urban roads, water resources, pumping/piping projects, site development projects, with mine site infrastructure and reclamation related projects considered a plus
Experience in project and client management
Licensed professional engineer (P.E.) or can obtain licensure in Arizona within 6 months
