Head of Microsoft Alliance
ZS is a management consulting and technology firm focused on improving life and how we live it. They are seeking a Head of Microsoft Alliance to oversee and drive the successful execution of the ZS-Microsoft Strategic partnership, focusing on sales and go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities
Own the revenue target for partnership, (Key performance metrics- ZS services revenue, marketplace, cosell) and build joint pipeline
Forge relationship with Field Sales and Business Units leaders within Microsoft to promote collaboration with our collective customers
Work very closely with ZS client teams, Microsoft sales teams and customers to evangelize ZS solutions. Execute GTM plans, including sales plays and co-sell motions with Microsoft
Engage strategically with ZS leaders and solution teams to define joint solutions on Microsoft platforms, build new areas of business, and successfully lead cross-functional initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams, and Microsoft to align, achieve goals and ensure seamless execution
Account Engagement, Revenue Growth, (Services and Marketplace)
Oversee all the Microsoft incentive funding to support customer success for migrations and POCs
Provide regular updates and status reports to senior management and stakeholders, ensure transparency and alignment
Drive process improvements and best practices in project management to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness
Ensure alignment across the Channels and Alliances teams
Build marketplace presence and own marketplace program guidelines interfacing directly with Microsoft
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is necessary
15 + years of prior relevant work experience in partner management, and track record of managing partnership with Microsoft
A background in sales/ co-sell / influence sales is required, preferably within sales and revenue management
Customer-centric mindset to build and nurture long-term relationships with stakeholders
Demonstrated experience leading and managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
End-to-end negotiation experience, including identifying, developing, and executing successful partnerships
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey project updates and proposals effectively
Preferred
Prior experience in the technology industry, Cloud provider hyperscaler space - AWS, GCP, or Azure, or with SI/GSI partners is a plus
Experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry will be a plus
