Responsibilities

Perform daily reconciliation of corporate action events with custodians and brokers, ensuring all data is correctly captured and discrepancies are resolved
Act as an intermediary between banks and borrowers focusing on the importance of timely and accurate communication
Manage expiration date events (and relevant liabilities) along with reconciliation of new entitlements for a variety of regionally specific corporate actions
Event and instruction management in proprietary Fidelity applications
Accountable for key talent management processes including hiring, on boarding, goal setting, performance evaluations and other career development activities for a team
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate, empower and communicate effectively and assertively with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to adjust team/departmental priorities to support changing needs
Participation as a key stakeholder in prioritization of enhancements and new releases of core functional systems
Track record of end-to-end process improvement delivering tangible business results

Required

5+ years of Brokerage Operations experience required
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and mentor a team of associates to their full potential
Operational experience supporting international processing required
Perform daily reconciliation of corporate action events with custodians and brokers, ensuring all data is correctly captured and discrepancies are resolved
Experience supporting international stock lending
Act as an intermediary between banks and borrowers focusing on the importance of timely and accurate communication
Manage expiration date events (and relevant liabilities) along with reconciliation of new entitlements for a variety of regionally specific corporate actions
Event and instruction management in proprietary Fidelity applications
Accountable for key talent management processes including hiring, on boarding, goal setting, performance evaluations and other career development activities for a team
