As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for opening new accounts and driving growth by managing the full sales cycle and building relationships with key decision-makers in factories.

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and drive new business sales
Set up and manage account plans
Develop and close new strategic customers
Ensure product presentations with our pre-sales team
Negotiate and close new deals with a focus on revenue
Contribute to the growth and lead generation strategy
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads
Implementation and application of a business development strategy
Build real relationships with senior executives and decision-makers (C-Level)
Drive business growth through strategic sales execution and successful deal closures
Qualification
Required

Experienced Enterprise Sellers (Aerospace/Manufacturing SaaS Preferred)
Enterprise Sales & Deal Closing – Proven track record in high-value B2B contract negotiations and deal execution
Stakeholder Engagement – Strong ability to identify and influence key decision-makers
Industry & Competitive Insight – Expertise in positioning solutions against competitors with clear value differentiation
Ownership & Execution – Self-driven, accountable, and skilled at breaking into large accounts and closing deals
Strategic Sales Approach – Ability to craft tailored strategies aligned with customer needs and business goals
