Required

A Ph.D. with a minimum of two years of mesenchymal stem cell research and extracellular vesicle (EV) research experience
Must have the ability to design and execute laboratory experiments, critically interpret experimental results, and present data in a clear and concise manner
Ability to participate in the preparation of grant applications, scientific publications, and IND submissions
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated publication record in peer-reviewed scientific journals

Preferred

Proficient in immunology and diabetes research, particularly Type 1 Diabetes (T1D)
Expertise in EV biology and perform skills such as isolation, purification and functional study
Effectively develop projects in a translational research environment to meet project goals
