Design and develop core functionalities for the Agents framework
Iterate quickly based on feedback from our developer community
Write clear documentation and examples for users
Work with Python, Node, and Rust

Qualification

Required

obsess with crafting code that is fast, reliable and practical for the problem
known as the go-to person for tackling tough technical problems

experienced in building LLM-based applications
skilled at navigating complex systems
design and develop core functionalities for the Agents framework
iterate quickly based on feedback from our developer community
write clear documentation and examples for users
work with Python, Node, and Rust

Preferred

Experience creating developer tools is a plus
Experience and Interest working in a remote environment
