Responsibilities
Lead all phases of construction projects (ground-up and renovations)
Drive preconstruction activities including estimating, logistics, scheduling, and pursuits
Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance to maximize profitability
Mentor project teams and trade partners in safety, quality control, and continuous improvement practices
Strengthen client relationships and support business development pursuits with senior leadership
Ensure smooth project closeout and adherence to GCON standards
Promote a safety-first culture by modeling best practices and sharing lessons learned
Represent GCON in industry and community organizations, embodying stewardship and collaboration
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
7+ years of experience in commercial construction project management (general contractor preferred)
Strong knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering
Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore, and/or CMiC
Proven leadership, financial acumen, and relationship management skills
Ability to travel and work on active construction sites
Preferred
4+ years leading data center/mission-critical builds preferred
