Responsibilities
Provide clinical expertise to clients
Establish a full clinical caseload within the first 30 days
Maintain autonomy over clinical decisions
Connect with clients through various methods including live sessions and messaging
Participate in a peer community of therapists
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience
Master's degree
Full Independent Clinical license: LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, Psychologist, PsyD, etc
Therapists must be fully licensed by a State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision
Experience counseling adults, couples, and/or teens
A private and professional environment for conducting sessions
Excellent written communication
Must have professional liability insurance
Reliable Internet connection
Currently residing in the US
