The Operations Specialist will be responsible for testing, deploying, and logging advanced technologies while collaborating with various stakeholders to improve product performance.

Responsibilities
Manage live tests actively in transport, deployment, and safety
Work closely with multiple stakeholders to improve the product, including hardware, product, software, and business operations teams
Execute and document tests to verify autonomous technologies, including understanding behavior, product capabilities, new and existing issues, and added requirements
Rigorous attention to process, testing programs, and checklists, ensuring high levels of safety as well as efficiency and reliability of new products
Qualification
Required
2 years of experience or strong interest in the space
Drivers license required, able to support multiple locations in the Bay Area including Dublin, Concord San Ramon and Oakland
Comfortable working outside and operating micro-mobility
Strong organizational and process skills, comfortable with following schedules and some evening and weekend work
Preferred
Experience and enthusiasm with live Field Operations for deployment of products, bonus if related to autonomous vehicles
Familiarity with ticketing tools to collect feedback, schedule fixes, and track progress
