Qualification
Required
minimum of 10 years of paralegal experience in insurance defense litigation
prior experience with billable hour requirements in a law firm setting and managing and recording billable hours
strong knowledge of rules of civil procedure and litigation support
proficiency in case management software, Microsoft Office, and Adobe
excellent writing, communication, critical thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills
ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
paralegal certificate or equivalent experience
