Responsibilities
Providing administrative support to two attorneys
Managing calendars and coordinating all scheduling communications with precision
Preparing and filing routine pleadings and legal documents in accordance with court procedures
Locating and compiling case-relevant information
Ensuring compliance with client guidelines, firm policies, and judge-specific procedures
Scheduling with mediators, experts, opposing counsel, courts, and vendors
Maintaining client and court deadlines in compliance with all policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
2+ years of legal assistant experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Florida E-Filing Portal and familiarity with legal procedures and court protocols
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Preferred
Insurance defense experience
