Responsibilities

Acquire new business while managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts

Prospect and qualify leads via cold calling, email outreach, and research tools (Google, Hoovers, ZoomInfo)

Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, handling high-level escalations

Conduct quarterly business reviews and lead strategic planning sessions with client leadership

Collaborate with account management teams to ensure client satisfaction and continuous improvement

Provide direction and performance coaching to direct reports

Monitor KPIs and oversee daily operational tasks for your team

Guide quoting, communication, and execution to ensure excellence in service delivery

Required

Previous experience in an Account Management role

Successful completion of internal Leadership Training

Proven leadership capabilities and consistent performance

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
