Capture reproducible error traces
Suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or master's degree in psychology or a closely related behavioral science field
Expertise in cognitive psychology, clinical psychology, behavioral neuroscience, developmental psychology, abnormal psychology, personality theory, and social psychology
Ability to challenge advanced language models on topics like cognitive biases, therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT), psychological assessment tools, psychometric theory, neurodevelopmental disorders, psychological statistics, and human motivation
Clear, metacognitive communication skills
